The ErgoPack 725E system will be one of the packaging innovations presented at the Bosky
company's expo stand at 2017's PLASTPOL

ErgoPack 712E / 725E / 740E Model 2017 is an ergonomic pallet strapping system with electrical drive.  Strapping without bending, comfortable in an upright position.  The pallet can be strapped comfortable by one person from one side.  The system operates transverse and along the pallet.  Central power supply with battery for strapping machine and sealing head.  With the novel aluminium keypad, optimal setting of tension force and welding time possible.   The display shows real-time tension force set and the welding time. The device is therefore ready to start working any time.

Another novelty presented in Targi Kielce at the Plastpol expo is ErgoPack Air712-580 / 725-580 / 740-580, the ergonomic system for high-stacked pallets.  With the height adjustable "Air" module, also high-standing pallets can be strapped, no need to bend down. This is possible owing to the patented, double chain lance that moves high upwards. It can be sleeplessly adjusted up to 580 mm.  In addition, with two ultrasonic sensors, the "Air" model automatically detects the width of the palette.  Suitable for stretching pallets at the conveyor belts, table conveyors and all types of trucks, etc.

The  International Fair of Plastics and Rubber Processing PLASTPOL is held from 23 to 26 May in Targi Kielce. Bosky expo stand will be open for talks hands-on experience with the novelties in packing technologies.
