AGROTECH exhibitors' list cannot go without John Deere. A wide range of 5 and 6 series tractors, the new balers, combine harvesters and attractive financing schemes for those who buy new equipment - this and much more presented at the expo
- We will show new products designed to meet family farms' needs like John Deere 5R Series Tractor and 800 Series baler - says Tomasz Szczesny, Sales Director of the John Deere Poland - We will also present new and attractive financing schemes for those who intend to buy our machines. All 5000 and 6000 series tractors and all balers and trailed sprayers are offered in a special 0% interest, five-year financing scheme of John Deere Financial. This is the market's first such an attractive offer, also applicable for the new RDP investments. The RDP financial support is regarded the buyer's own contribution, before RDP funds are transferred the bridging-loan instrument is applied. The remaining amount is repaid over the period of up to 5 years without interest - he added.
With optimised 2.25m wheelbase, the new John Deere 5R tractors family combines one-piece frame construction with a low centre of gravity. This design is perfect for a fast assembly of the front-end loader and retaining optimum manoeuvrability with the turning radius of only 3.75m, even with the loader on board.
New models: 5090R (90 hp power), 5100R (100 hp power), 5115R (115 hp power) and 5125R (125 hp power are equipped with high-performance John Deere PWX 4.5 litres cc engines compliant with Stage IIIB / IT4 standards. These four-cylinder engines use diesel fuel only. The extra 10 hp power is a perfect solution for transport applications. Extra power is generated with TPM power management system.
Breeders will find one of the three gears used in the 5R family particularly interesting. Command8, with 32/16 powershiftable gears and an ECO mode that enables a top speed of 40 kph at only 1759 engine rpm.
All these transmissions offer a fully automatic clutch, individual start-up gears, individually settable speeds and an electric park lock. The premium level 32/16 Command8 also features an automatic shifting function as standard. The latter feature is also optionally available on the 16/16 CommandQuad transmission.
The open-centre hydraulic system is equipped with a standard 96-litre/min pump and is also available with a pressure and flow compensated (PFC) 117-litre/min version. For improved operator comfort especially in rough terrain, John Deere’s new 5R Series tractors are available with front axle suspension, featuring independent arms and infinite adjustment of +/-45mm that allows complete shut-off when required.
The newly designed 5R Series tractor cab offers a tiltable steering column, PDU+ cornerpost display, panoramic front windshield and an ergonomic control panel. For front loader operation, John Deere offers a choice of mechanical or new E joysticks, both linked to the tractor seat.
In addition, the new 543R front loader offers automatic "click and go" option. Its main advantages are the 10 per cent increase in lift capacity, higher breakout force and an increased roll-back angle. Both the 543R and 603R loaders are equipped with a choice of levelling options.
John Deere will also present a new generation of fixed chamber round balers - the 2017's latest development. The F441M is available in Silage Special and Multicrop versions, alongside the top of the range F441R Premium class and as well as C441R for bigger farms. All F441 Series models feature a wider bale chamber, up from 1.17 to 1.21m, which automatically translates into an increased bale weight.
The new John Deere F441M offers a more affordable solution that combines efficiency and durability. Designed to work in all types of crop conditions from wet to very dry, the Multicrop model features a new netwrapping system. In addition, the premium F441R and C441R models will incorporate an 18th roller.
The R models offer a choice of 2m or optional 2.2m pick-ups, feeding a high capacity MaxiCut HC rotor with 13 or 25 knives. The M model baler now offers the 2.2m unit as a new option as well as RotoFlow HC or MaxiCut HC 13-knife rotors.
John Deere’s product engineers have focused on improving versatility and durability when redesigning the F441 Series balers. This has resulted in more durable pick-ups and a new, reinforced wear-resistant Hardox steel rotor, plus stronger gate roll drive chains, upgraded roller material, larger bearings and improved sealing protection. What are the benefits? F441R baler can increase productivity by up to nine per cent compared to the previous model.
