KIELCE AND MSPO FEATURED AT THE WARSAW SECURITY FORUM

WSF is the Central and Eastern Europe’s leading, two-day conference dedicated to international safety and security. This is also the place to promote the International Defence Industry Exhibition

Warsaw Security Forum is organised by  the Foundation of  Kazimierz Pułaski in cooperation with the National Security Bureau - an advisory body to the President of the Republic of Poland.  

- Russia - a security challenge; European Strategic Perspective; increased presence of the US Army in Poland and dynamisation  of the  European defence cooperation  are the four main themes of all security debates - said Paweł Soloch, the head of the National Security Bureau, during the opening ceremony of the WSF.  

Each year, the WSF brings together key policy makers, industry leaders, as well as military and civilian experts from around the world in order to discuss events, trends, as well as opportunities and challenges lying ahead for the Transatlantic Community.  Last year, the Warsaw Security Forum gathered a record breaking audience of over 800 guests, including 120 speakers from Europe, North America and Asia.

This year, the Warsaw Security Forum is divided into three break-out session tracks that together establish a framework for the intellectual exchange during the Forum, as well as plenary sessions.  The plenary sessions are predominantly focused on issues of grand strategy, and broadly defined future of international order,  This framework is complemented by a number of side events, including by invitation only meetings between experts, representatives of business and government stakeholders.  Those events include executive dialog, round table, as well as B2B and B2G format meetings.  In addition to the Forum itself, this year's # WSF2018 edition consists of a series of events. Together form the WSF Week, there is the New Security Leaders programme - the Warsaw Security Forum 2018 is culmination point of.

What connects MSPO in Targi Kielce, ranked third among all Europe’s defence event after Paris and London and Warsaw Security Forum, organised by the  Kazimierz Puławski Foundation? 

Both events are highly appreciated both in Poland and abroad. The Warsaw Security Forum conference's aim is to develop effective responses to the challenges and threats faced by the NATO and EU countries as well as to enhancement of regional safety and security cooperation. The International Defence Industry Exhibition is the showcase for the Polish industry, a prestigious event which makes a perfect presentation platform for security companies' promotion and latest developments demonstration.

The Foundation of  Kazimierz Pułaski brings together over 60 experts from various fields who   provide analyses which describe and explain  the international situation and developments.  The annual Warsaw Security Forum is one of the leading projects in the field of international security.  The first edition was held in 2014.

This year's WSF has been under the auspices of, inter alia the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the Ministry of Digitization, the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Investment and Development, the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology.
