Kielce’s favourite residential fair – join us this weekend

Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship inhabitants simply love this trade fair – the House and Interior, the Gardening Exhibition, Your Residence only this weekend. The exhibitions start this Friday 16th September and continue until Sunday. In addition to the offers of 120 exhibitors the trade fair will also feature free-of-charge advice of architects, legal advisers and interior designers. On the first day of the fair – Friday 14th at 12.30 (the C conference hall) there will be a lecture delivered by the legal adviser Marcin Kwiatek. It will be devoted to the new regulations regarding primary market flat acquisition. The lecturer will make the audience familiar with the legal system changes introduced into the act on legal right protection of the flat or one-family house purchasers. The so called Developers’ Act became effective on 29th April 2012.
