Geiss T10 thermoforming machine in TWIN SHEET technology is the first of its kind in Poland equipped with the TWIN SHEET option, which makes it possible to run two boards thermoforming process and welding into one body in one cycle.  As a result, an hollow-inside product is made - it has greater rigidity than a product made of two independent sheets.  In the case of two-sheet production split into separate cycles, the welding or gluing process of components is required, which significantly increases the cycle time and production costs.  Examples of Twin Sheet products: transport pallets, car body parts and car interior elements, electronics enclosures, collectors, boat components as well as small boats and surfboards. With the listed solutions on board, the machine is the most productive and economical unit available in the market.

Dispenser from the Dutch Ferlin
Ferlin is Europe's first producer of Gravimetric Batch Blenders. The machines are designed for efficient and accurate dosing of dry granulate or re-grind. The batcher is equipped with a unique gravimetric module and a unique extensometer weight-reading algorithm. The batcher is vibration-resistant. A multi-component batcher is mounted directly to moulding machine's throat. When installed directly on the injection moulding throat we are sure that the dispenser works precisely without being put on halt caused by the injection moulding machine vibrations.  The Ferlin batcher features one more innovations - the Ferlin Bridge application which makes it possible to control the dispenser with the use of a tablet or other device with a web browser installed.
