Light shuttering form set for linear trenches – for the first time at the fairs

Among the profusion of novelties presented in Kielce at the festival of road engineering there also the innovative solution provided by BIPROMASZ from Bydgoszcz.

Light shuttering form set dedicated for linear trenches boarding is used in cooperation with an excavator and a light vertical boring rig. Double T-bars are inserted into the holes in the ground which have been prepared beforehand and then sprigged with the use of hydraulic stretcher bars.

Depending on the width of the trench, extensions can be used in order to expand the range of the stretcher bars.
As the trench gets deeper, the set of self-locking suspensions are mounted and then a retaining beam is pushed into them. The beam becomes then the leading element for the wall which is pushed further down the trench.
