Fire fighters from all over Poland come here in order to become familiar with advanced technologies as well as to attend conferences so that the can network and strengthen their bonds.” – said Executive Board’s President of Voluntary Fire Brigades’ Association Waldemar Pawlak upon the expo opening.
The official opening ceremony was also attended by the Minister of Interior Stanisław Rakoczy, the generals and commanders of fire brigade services, local government’s and city’s representatives.
The EDURA continues for three days, until Friday, 14th June; the 7,000 square metres of the exhibition space serves as the showcase for everything that emergency and fire services need in their day-to-day operations. There are 161 companies from 13 countries, including the distant country of Australia or Taiwan.
