WPPH ELENA is a family business founded in 1989 in Wielkopolska region. ELENA deals with fruits and vegetables freeze-drying and provides dietary supplements based on fish collagen. Lyophilisation, or in other words - freeze-drying is the most expensive way to get rid of water in food product, while maintaining their nutritional values. The company's motto is "LONG LIVE, STAY FIT". Freeze-dried fruit are products contain as much as 90-100% natural nutrients. Natural appearance, colour, shape and taste is are also preserved; it is hard to tell the difference between lyophilised and fresh fruit.
