July 21 marks the Police Day - this is also the opportunity to express gratitude to those who have developed and exercised exemplary co-operation with the police. The Regional Police Headquarters in Kielce management have requested the Minister of Interior and Administration to present the honours to those who take up a number of activities designed to enhance the sense of security among our province's residents.

 This year's fellowship of laureates of the "Meritous Services for the Police" includes Figarski Gregory, one of the Targi Kielce staff, a project director of the National Conference Safe Stadium.  Provincial Police Headquarters in Kielce has also distinguished: the Świętokrzyskie Voivode Agata Wojtyszek, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Commander in Chief of the State Fire Services  Adam Czajka,  Director of the Kielce Detention Centre - Lt.-Col. Krzysztofa Czekaja,  the Chief Commander of Voivodeship's Armed Forces Staff in Kielce - Col.   Wiesław Święchowicz,  Robert Mazurski of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Kielce, the Commander of the Military Recruitment Office in Busko-Zdroj Lt.-Col. Jaroslaw Molisak and the Chaplain of the District Police Headquarters in Pinczów - Father Jan Staworzyński.
