NEW Axial-Flow 140 SERIES MODELS
The new models of Case IH 5140/6140/7140 combine harvesters have been optimized with regards to their throughput and performance. They also provide for grains top quality and minimize losses, no matter how harsh the working environments is. Whilst the single rotor concept has consistently proven its outstanding performance and reliability in about 150,000 Case IH Axial-Flow® combines throughout the last decades, the next generation is ready to perform even better. All combines now fulfil the Stage 4 final legislation and have revised engine power peaking at 449 hp on the CASE IH 7140 model.
The new Axial-Flow ® harvesters combine of 240 series, the engine power and rotor performance have been optimized and crafter around European-standard of high yielding crops. The new Cursor 11 engine used in the 7240 model and the new Cursor 16 engine installed in 9240 combines are unparalleled with regards to power and performance. With the advent of the 16-litre Cursor 16 engine, the CNH Industrial division - the FPT Industrial engine specialist, a model of exceptional performance has been made available; the 16-litre engine of 634 hp in the size of a 13-litre engine for the top-class, 9240 harvesting combine. A new cooling fan with a variable rotational speed runs at reduced speeds to match lower engine's rpm when full cooling capacity is not required; this provides for noise reduction and higher power available.
Farmers and operators also highlight the ground pressure. The Case IH Axial-Flow® Harvesting Combines are available with the latest-generation Michelin tires, low pressure tyres allow to support high cyclical loading. This results in a large footprint and reduced ground pressure and arable land damage, even where large headers are used. In addition to field-proven caterpillars which reduce ground pressure on soft fields, Case IH offers shock-absorbing tracks-suspension which goes with 7240, 8240 and 9240 models.
Most cutting-edge communication system
There is the highly-advanced and all-encompassing solution - a response to the modern agriculture challenges -the Case IH AFS ® Connect package - the most state-of-the-art communication system which allows the farm manager or contractor to control, supervise and verify operators' and machines' actual location and work-mode without the necessity to leave the office.
