The circular observation indicator

Wojskowe Zakłady Uzbrojenia S.A. [Military Armaments Works] is a specialised defense industry company which deals with defense rocket launcher technologies, first with mid- and long-ranges. The company boasts extensive experience gained over the 50 years of service-provision related to repairs and upgrades of missile defense technology to the Polish Armed Forces.  WZA will be showcasing its novelties also at this year's MSPO (1-4 September) and LOGISTYKA expo.

Indicator visualization and control

Displays and controls are state-of-the-art systems which display targets on the screen based on visual signals received from the optoelectronic head.

With the built-in video tracker module, the displays enable passive target tracking and control of the optoelectronic head Compatible with the diagnostic system, the inertial land navigation system and IFF target identification system MARK XII mode 4, MARK XIIA.

PPI displays are designed for radar stations. The displays provide air situation imaging picked up from the early detection radar and participate in the process of target development, target selection, data transfer to the target tracking station, ‘friend or foe’ identification.  The display unit is equipped with the control module for the sector blanking of the early detection radar.
