Paweł Widuliński and his way to have a well-tuned body

His adventure with a healthy lifestyle began in 2002. Since then he has been involved in
physiotherapy and has gained a vast knowledge: Craniosacral therapy, clavitherapy, Manual
Therapy, Massage as well as the traditional Chinese medicine and nutrition

Our well-being is made up of many things, including self-assessment and what we eat. When we feel uncomfortable with our body, we are obese, or our skin, hair and nails are weakened, we have less energy resources, enthusiasm and zest to act.

The Active & Beauty Expo held on 23 and 24 April in Targi Kielce provide the opportunity to start our personal, a healthy lifestyle adventure. This is a chance to get rid of complexes we have developed and improve what we dislike about ourselves. 

This year's agenda includes workshops and visitor-targeted programmes; Paweł Widuliński's presence is one of the expo's highlights. 

 On a daily basis Mr Paweł Widulski works in Perfect Silhouette Laboratory LaDoS, he dedicated to helping patients who want to get rid of the extra weight and shape their bodies. A bio-magnetic quantum body analysis provides us with a large spectrum of information about the body condition, the vitamins, minerals and amino acids nutrition level in body cells, the body's acidity degree, its immunology and free radicals. Mr Widulski also helps to select an appropriate dietary programme and aids patients thorough the whole treatment with his vast knowledge and experience.

At the FIT Weekend the Benessere Beauty & Spa expo stand will host Paweł Widuliński. This will also be the place to make use of quantum body examination.
