400 breeders of 40 divisions associated in PZHGR and DI the have decided to join the National Pedigree Pigeon Exhibition – and the display will not fall short on foreign breeders’ presentations. The aficionados from Lithuania and Czech Republic will be using Targi Kielce as the showcase for their specimens. The National Expo will be complemented with the club Expos of Pigeons and Decorative Poultry.

It has been estimated that in January 2014 about 4,500 pigeons are to be exhibited in Targi Kielce; the display will be complemented with further 500 specimens of decorative poultry and 300 rabbits.

And among the exhibits brought in by Polish and European breeders there will birds which come from the courtiers “over the pond”. Mr Andrzej Rożek – a breeder from California is a true lover of the Show King breed – I was born in Kielce and I have always felt a strong affiliation to the city. I have been living in the USA since 1985, but I pay often visits to Poland. You cannot possibly miss the info on such a magnificent expo centre – Poland’s most cutting-edge and magnificent, which is up to all the American standards. When I was visiting Poland last year I called in the National Pedigree Pigeon Exhibition as a visitor. And I was amazed with the Show King breed (as pigeons have always been an unfulfilled childhood dream) … I developed my interest owing to the fact that California is the cradle to this very breed and they also have splendid specimens. I have gained a considerable experience in dog breeding thus I decided to get the best possible breeding material. Now I have 5 couples of Larry Foos breed Spring Valley and Bill Harrison from Riverside, all come from California.

Join us for the January expo.
