PLASTPOL 2017 COMMENCES IN A WEEK'S TIME!

The International Fair of Plastics and Rubber Processing PLASTPOL - for over two decades this plastics-industry household name has been associated with Targi Kielce. Last year's event was the showcase for exhibitors from 32 countries. This year's PLASTPOL is even more international than the previous year's expos, a true global representation for the industry's front-runners. The exhibition starts on May 23 and is held for 4 days

This year's PLASTPOL is the showcase for over 800 exhibitors from 35 countries.  PLASTPOL is the showcase for the leaders from all sectors of polymer industry, and gives a comprehensive and all-inclusive insight into the whole industry.  The expo brings together the world's leading manufacturers of machines and production lines, as well as components producers, innovative plastic recycling technologies suppliers and many other.  In addition to Poland's most famous companies, the 21st edition of the expo hosts representatives of:  Germany, Austria, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Spain, Ireland, Great Britain, Lithuania, Israel, Portugal, Sweden, Turkey, Russia, USA, Slovakia, Hungary and many other countries of the world, even the distant ones like  Japan, China, Malaysia. Germany and Italy are most represented countries, there is also a large group of Turkish and Chinese companies.   Following a long-standing tradition, the PLASTPOL programme includes the prestigious PlatinumPlast gala where medals and distinction for products and companies from home and abroad are presented.

 

Cutting-edge machines and innovative technologies staged at PLASTPOL

Those who want to have finger on the pulse and keep abreast of the latest developments in Polish and global plastics processing industry should save the date for PLASTPOL - 23-26 May, Kielce. PLASTPOL most characteristic feature are hundreds of machines which work live for all expo durations - this includes complete production lines. New machines often have their Polish market launches in Kielce.  PLASTPOL is the perfect barometer of the industry's vibrant development and how it has utilised the latest engineering solutions and ideas cut out for a space station.

 

Under the banner of the plastics processing industry - problem-focussed conferences

For the second time, on May 22, the dya before PLASTPOL commences, Targi Kielce hosts the X Plastics Industry Conference  organised by  Polish Union of Plastics Converters and PlasticsEurope Polska.  The event is targeted at companies' and industry institutions' management.  The jubilee edition of the conference will feature, inter alia, the directors of the organizations from Brussels, EuPC (European Plastics Converters Association, PlasticsEurope as well as the Association of German Machine Producers VDMA.

The PlasticsEurope press conference will also take place on 22 May at the Targi Kielce's lookout tower. This years' results of the Polish and European industry will be presented in the course fo the conference.

 The expo programme also includes the knowledge competition about the plastics market - Omniplast. The competition has won the exhibitors' hearts. Contestants can win valuable prizes. On the first day of the PLASTPOL fair at 12 o'clock, on the expo stand of the Tworzywasztuczne.pl portal - the competition organiser will be the battle-field for the 10 finalists.

An integral part of the exhibition is also the technical seminar of Plastech Info - this year it is held on 24 and 25 May. This year's motto is:  "Manufacturing process in the plastics processing sector - organization and management".  Admission to the seminar - free.
