The March event's programme is targeted at historical reenactment groups from Poland as well as history and reenactment aficionados from the neighbouring countries. In addition to the reenactment groups' demonstration and presentations of companies which provide services for reenactment groups, the event will also encompass the conference on "Reanimated History – historical, legal and technical aspects of historical reenactment " Reconstructors and reenactment groups which operate within the perimeter of the former Second Polish Republic will be competing for the 2014 COP Laurel Contest. The COP region (Central Industrial District)is the place which boasts the tradition defence industry.

Over 20 reenactments groups have already registered for the event, however the registration list is still open. And among the expo exhibits there is a fully-operational replica of an inter-war period's WZ 36P field kitchen. Pea soup from this field kitchen will be served to the Forum participants and guests. Over a dozen of institutions, including the Museum of the Polish Army, Muzeum Oręża Polskiego (the Museum of Polish Arms) the Polish Land Forces Museum, Muzeum Orła Białego (the White Eagle Museum) will be joining the expo in order to display reenactmet- related exhibitions and presentations.
