Specialists and representatives of authorities will be brought together in order to discuss support possibilities for renewable energy sources
On 19th March Targi Kielce will be the venue for the ENEX expo; the seventh conference of Polish Congress of Renewable Energy will be held within the scope of the event. The guests who have confirmed their presence are, inter alia, the former Republic of Poland Prime Minister and the Minister of Economy Waldemar Pawlak, Under-secretary in the Ministry of Environment and the Chief Nature Conservator Janusz Zaleski and the President of the National Fund for Environment Protection and Water Management Barbara Koszuap.
The Polish Congress of Renewable Energy is organised by the Zielona Strona Mocy [The Green Sid of Power]; the are the Polish Economic Congress Foundation, Employer of Poland and are the Joint Development Foundation Strategic Partners.
The Congress objective is to present the latest economic forecasts and information as well as familiarisation with legal regulations and practical aspects of broadly defined investments in Polish renewable energy sources. The Congress' aim is also to integrate the domestic RES milieus. The congress is composed as a cycle - it comprises the ten conferences held in Poland's ten largest cities, general in the regions' capital cities.

The five conferences which have been held until now have demonstrated that the events, owing to their prestige, are important for particular regions - there is a strong representation of self-governments, Republic of Poland Parliament and the ministries of key-importance for the RES sector. The conference will commence with the debate on efficient support for renewable energy sources; this will be held by representatives of the Polish Parliament, business sector organisations, research and development institutes. The debate participants will try to find an answer to the following question - what kind of support for green energy would be a prod for Poland's economic development. The debate will be followed with the two discussion panels blocks chaired by the outstanding specialists of the RES business sector. The first block will be composed of the three simultaneous debates on facts and myths of wind generated energy, renewable energy and the benefits for communes as well as the role of bio-energy in Swietokrzyskie Region. The other block will comprise the two panels - one on prosument energy's significance for households and the local employment market as well as energy cooperatives in the perspective of Polish legal regulations and German experiences.
