For many years Polish-Norwegian cooperation in the field of defense has been successful and has served the development of structures in the northern part of the NATO alliance.  Joint activities in submarine, ammunition programmes and development of information enhance security  and also develop mutually-beneficial business relationships.  the many-year Polish-Norwegian cooperation The lead-nation exhibition featuring Norway's armed forces held within the scope of MSPO will be one of the culminating points.

According to the Norwegian Ministry of Defence, the Targi Kielce's International Defence Industry Exhibition provides an excellent opportunity to facilitate cooperation beneficial for both nations. The Norwegian exhibition will be hosted by the Minister of Defence Ine Eriksen Søreide. Deputy Minister Øystein Because will chair one of the seminars organized during the by the  lead-nation within the scope of MSPO; this will be held under the banner of "Poland and Norway strong partnership in terms of defense, industry and technology: Past, present, future".

Until now France, Italy, Turkey, Germany, Israel, the USA, Sweden, the V4 Group Countries and Great Britain have held lead-nation exhibition during the Kielce trade show. Norwegian presentations will be staged in the F Expo Hall.
