The Targi Kielce's specialised exhibition generates an avid interest of fire protection
business sector

Every other year Targi Kielce is the stage for the   International Exhibition of Fire Protection and Rescue Technology EDURA  - a real festival of fire-fighters and emergency services.  This Poland's only event of this kind - a mus attend meeting for those who want to keep abreast rescue and fire protection industry novelties. Targi Kielce ranked second among all Eastern Europe's exhibition and congress centres; it has developed a well-established specialisation in professional B2B exhibition organization. EDURA is one of flagship expos.   The exhibition brings together 6,000 visitors and exhibitors not only from Poland, but also from several other countries.  The 11th edition is held from 9 to 11 June 2016, however expo preparations have already commenced.

- In my opinion Targi Kielce is the best place to organize such exhibitions - says General Brigadier Wieslaw Leśniakiewicz, Commander in Chief of the State Fire Services - the centre offers excellent infrastructure. Cooperation with the expo centre team is exemplary. Świetokrzyskie firefighters milieus are truly very satisfied with this event, the city enjoys ideal location. In addition to the above, we have become accustomed to the fact that Edura is held in Targi Kielce.

2014 was the jubilee EDURA edition. 10th  EDURA edition was the showcase for the more than 170 exhibitors from 13 countries such as Italy, Germany, Sweden, Ireland, USA, Spain, Turkey, Belgium, Finland, United Kingdom, France, and even China. It is a highly-specialized exhibition, a showcase for gear and equipment as well as technologies used by rescue and fire- services as well as for fire prevention.

In addition to the equipment exhibition EDURA is accompanied with substantive conferences. Yet dynamic shows and presentations are the icing on the cake.  An accident with a delivery truck and a bus, rescue action, cars on fire - such live simulations are staged only in Targi Kielce.  Next year's shows will once again heat up the atmosphere and surprise visitors - not only are they a perfect-scenario shows, but also an example to perfectly team work in unusual situations. 

The event is targeted at state and local authorities' representatives, businesses and fire-protection milieus.  EDURA 2016's programme will encompass the competition for the best products for broadly-defined fire protection put on show at the expo.  Following previous years' example, EDURA 2016 is held under the auspices of the Minister of Interior, the Minister of Economy and enjoys the support of the State Fire Service Headquarters as well as Executive Council of the Republic of Poland's Volunteer Fire Brigades Association.
