PRE-EMPTIVE RIGHTS EXPOS

The exhibitions indicated by the President of the Patent Office includes International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO, LOGISTKA International Logistics Fair, International Fair of Bicycle Industry KIELCE BIKE-EXPO, International Fair of Technologies for Foundry METAL and International Fair of Public Transport TRANSEXPO.

The exhibitions indicated by the minister, voivode or entity which organises the event may apply also for and therefore obtain such rights. On order to obtain the Patent Office support, the exhibition must meet the relevant requirements - the event must be organized for at least 5 years, at least once every two years. It is also necessary to demonstrate least 50 exhibitors on on going basis.

Companies hosted at Targi Kielce MSPO, LOGISTICS, KIELCE BIKE-EXPO, METAL and TRANSEXPO exhibitions have an easier access to take advantage offered by the patent laws and therefore obtain the appropriate certificate.
