The "Active & mobile in the labour market" campaign implemented by the Entrepreneurship Academy and the Municipal Labour Office in Kielce includes a 62-day trip abroad, The study-tour objective is to join apprenticeship programme in Germany's logistic, care, hotel and catering, metal industries. International intern-ship  offers participants extensive professional experience, improves their professional skill and key competences, including foreign language command, social skills. It also makes them more entrepreneurial and ready to take up initiatives.  Therefore their chances to re-enter employment market or continue education increase. Participants mobility is a result of the individualized, preparatory programme (workshops designed to shape soft skills, career counselling, language courses), so that participants will be comprehensively prepared to go abroad. A key step is the support after they have returned to the country of origin.  The strategy provides for a smooth transition - from the project participation to independent market activity; they are ultimately designed to leave the NEET group and progress to enter the labour or education market and further integrate.

According to the project's results, at least 44 people will enhance their professional qualifications or key competences as the result of the program.

The project involves peer-to-peer learning and experience exchange between Polish and German institutions which deal with vocational activation of young people.
