PROFESSOR JÓZEF SUCHY ABOUT THE KIELCE METAL EXPO

The international METAL trade-show organisers fairs have made us accustomed to the fact that each consecutive expo edition is an important and significant event for the foundry business sector. Not only is this eminent on the national, but also on the global scale. The excellent cooperation with research centres and industry-related organizations has been the foundation for the expo’s well-established position as the for industry and business contacts platform.  However, 2018’s expo is unique. Thanks to many years of efforts, it has been possible for Poland to host the and organize the 73.  World Foundry Congress, one of the most important events whose sole objective is knowledge exchange and discussion on the foundry industry state and development, scientific research and latest developments.  The idea to combine the WFF this year’s has been present ever since the endeavours to implement the undertaking started . Not without difficulties the goal has been achieved - it is owed to the enormous contribution of many people and institutions associated with the Technical Association of Polish Foundrymen.  The expo visit is also market with the most important meeting of the World Foundry Organization - the its general assembly brings together the official delegates from all WFO member organizations.
