REFINING PROCESSING FOR RECYCLED PLASTICS SHOWCASED AT TARGI KIELCE 2017 BY REPLAS

The re-granulate offer is targeted at casings and installation pipes manufacturers both
in smooth and corrugated versions as well as waste containers, dustbins and boxes
manufacturers. A specific colour-tone can be provided at the customer's request

The Replas brand has been created by people whose heads are full of unconventional ideas, who are courageous yet boast well-established and practical knowledge ofsynthetic materials business.  And although the brand was created just a few years, it has quickly become European market's leading company on polyolefins recycling.

Replas rejects the ​​" simple recycling" idea owing to systematic degradation of plastics properties.  The company's technologists have developed the recycled plastics "refinishing"  process. The procedure restores thermoplastic materials to their original rheological and mechanical properties. Thus re-granulates are compatible with fresh products used by converters.

Replas  showcases at Plastpol 2017 and presents the following HDPE re-granulates:100P; 100B; 100K; 100AP as well as PP for injection and extrusion (blow moulding). Materials offer appropriate Melt Flow Index (MFI) and customer-specific performance parameters (tensile strength, elongation at break, impact).  At the customer's request, the company offers re-granulates in any colour from the RAL colour palette which significantly reduces cost of dyeing the material by the converter.
