SACROEXPO PROMOTED IN ITALY

Via Pulchritudinis was held form 3 to 6 February - this exhibition has been created by the Rome expo organiser - Fiera Roma and Fivit Srl.  The event was created in close cooperation with the Vatican and the support of the Pontifical Council for Promoting the New Evangelization.

The largest producers and representatives of the Italian and international companies presented their offering at the religious expo.  The exhibition participants had the chance to become familiar with the latest trends in sacred art and devotional items. Polish companies were also represented at the expo. The list included  Haftina, ZYGZAK, Fratelli Dabrowski, ORI PLUS, Rudatex, Wrzos, Jakóbczyk Studio, SCAPHA, CHRIST Wieliczka and the SACROEXPO delegation.   

This year's expo edition feature a presentation about Poland.  There was a symposium on religious tourism  held as a part of the meeting organised by Auctoria - a tour operator. The title was  "Pilgrimage: the beauty of discovery".
Barbara Minczewa from the Roman Polish Tourist Organisation, Mariagrazia Falcone from the Israel Tourist Promotion Centre and the editor-in-chief of the Archeo and Medioevo magazines - Andreas Steiner took part in the meeting. The Krakow, Małopolska and the part of the Eagles' Nests trail - Częstochowa were presented in the event.  The promotional importance and success of the 2016's World Youth Days and the Congress of Religious Tourism in Krakow were emphasized. Routes related to John Paul II and Saint. Faustina were also presented. The insight included the possibility of visiting particularly attractive places, parts of cultural and natural landscape of   Podhale, the Tatra Mountais, Pieniny Mountais, Kraków-Częstochowa Upland, UNESCO trail, pilgrimage route in the Wieliczka Salt Mine, etc.

The upcoming International Exhibition of Church Construction, Church Fittings and Furnishings and Religious Art SACROEXPO is held from 11 to 13 June 2018.  We look forward to seeing you at the expo!
