135 cm tall and no car-seat required - a lethally dangerous idea. In recent days the media have been in an uproar. The Polish government plans to introduce amendments to Traffic Law Act designed to make it possible for parents to seat the third child without a car-restraint. The government's bill brings forward the idea of reducing the child's height from 150 to 135 cm when they can give up using a car restraint.

These question were addressed on the first day of the the sixths International Fair of Toys and Products for Mother and Child KIDS' TIME.
