Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sounds pretty serious and is often associated with large corporations that spend money on big campaigns and media ventures. Nothing further from the truth! Corporations want to boast social responsibility not only because they want to gain media publicity, but also because this attitude pays off, simply speaking. Every company - be it small or great is a business.

The time has come to think strategically about CSR; not only do we speak about corporations. SME sector should also look into it. Many of us have long been involved in various measures labelled "broadly defined CSR".  However, these are more intuitive, chaotic, ad hoc (eg. sponsorship of a local basketball team, extra screenings for employees, environmental investments).

A well-prepared and properly implemented CSR project in a small company can bring considerable benefits. The program must be tailored to the company's needs and specificity. Being a copy-cat may cost time, money and energy.

The speaker - Magdalena Fudała - the director of the Kielce Employers' Forum Association. A manager, PR specialist and management, communication and media trainer. The owner of a consulting company.  At the nineteenth National Employment Fair she will address very interesting issues.

Join us for the National Employment Fair and attend the presentation held on 27 April 2016, time: 11:15, venue C1 Conference Room. Invitations holders only.
