SPECIALIST TRAILER FOR ODORISING AGENT DISTRIBUTION

Gas Engineering Fair EXPO-GAS is a unique opportunity to become familiar with innovative technological solutions crafted around gas industry and business sector. On 22 and 23 April  the Kielce expo will be the showcase for materials, equipment and fitments for construction of gas pipelines, gas pressure regulators and compressor stations.

At the 8th  EXPO-GAS  edition there will also be the cGAS controls to present and display their innovative products.

cGAS controls has designed and built   an innovative trailed designed to distribute the odorising agent. The trailer is equipped with a tank of the total capacity of 1000 litres; it is complaint with the the ADR requirements.

Compared to traditional methods, this program provides for, inter alia, a comprehensive control; the trailer-installed odorant pumping system as well as a fully automatic hose winding-unwinding  schemes eliminates time-loss and environmental risks. A double-shell filling hose increases control over the state of the odorant-feeding hose. One of the trailer's advantages is accurate counting system , as the odorant pumped-in is the subject to accurate mass-flow monitoring.

Moreover, the device provides for environmental protection. A closed-loop odoriser refilling unit removes odorant vapours discharged from the intake tank to the main, trailer-mounted  tank and thus prevents  vapour-release directly into the atmosphere.
