Targi Kielce “RESPONSIBLE EMPLOYER– HR LEADER of 2011”

Targi Kielce is the laureate of the national programme of human resources. The aim of the programme is to disseminate and propagate the best practices, models and action strategies of human resource policy and human resource and business goal integration.

The programme participant and its laureates were presented in Strefa Biznesu (Business Zone) the supplement to Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily and at the portal www.strefa-biznesu.com.pl.

The main criterion of the Programme laureate selection was the broadly defined employment quality which comprises the following aspects:
