TARGI KIELCE’S BEST PERFORMANCE EMPLOYEES OF 2018

All Employee of the Year 2018 laureates together with the Targi Kielce Board of Managers

Only in 2018, the International Defence Industry Exhibition hosted over 34 thousand people, including 16,000 of those who used the opportunity to see the cutting-edge military equipment showcased at the Open Days. The Kielce Defence Expo  was graced with the presence of the 53 official delegations from 46 countries. The International Defence Industry Exhibition 2018 also hosted the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda. The event is managed by this year’s Employee of the Year, Mrs Agnieszka Białek. The 2018’s Targi Kielce military expo brought together 624 companies from 31 countries, including 328 Polish companies. The logistic preparation foe the event is a huge challenge for the team headed by Agnieszka.

- A competition for the best employee of the year has been held in Targi Kielce for 12 years - says Andrzej Mochoń, president of the Kielce exhibition and congress centre - This is the way to recognise and appreciate employees' efforts. We find the outstanding staff in all Targi Kielce departments. This is also a good way to offer further motivation. The Employee of the Year competition also includes several other categories: the debut, professionalism, professional development, creativity and kindness. 

The debut category 2018 features the two winners - Agnieszka Jasik - the perso who successfully introduces modern CRM ICT system in Targi Kielce. The system makes your expo visit easier and much more convenient.  Another debut category winne is Marta Brzezińska - the PR and Marketing Department employee. Mrs Brzezińska is responsible for public relations of exhibitions DOM - Home and and Garden, BIKE EXPO and others.

Creativity category - the competition jury composed of the Directors and the Board appreciated Piotr Ozek from the Trade Fair Department for his successful implementation of the STOM - ROBOTYKA - the machine tools expo and Izabela Jędryszek from the Graphic Design Department. Mrs Jędryszek’s ideas have had a positive impact on Targi Kielce’s and the expos’ visual promotion and image.

Targi Kielce employees keep on improving their skills, hence 9 people were nominated in the Employee of the Year category. This competition champion is Damian Kudaka which - he has worked on the 75 trade fair events held at Targi Kielce and was willing to share his knowledge with other employees.

The competition jury panel also appreciated Milena Dewerenda - she is a comprehensive employee working at the Invoicing Section.  Edyta Chajda who has been constantly developing in the field of internet marketing has also been put as an example for others.

The professionalism category saw two awards. Albert Szczepanek, is one of the two laureates, Mr Szczepanek is one of the expo halls managers, without his help and knowledge no trade fair would take place. Łukasz Biało is a highly recognised and regarded sound systems specialist - no expo ceremony, no exhibitors’ presentation, no show for visitors, no conference (there are 700 sessions a year) would be possible without Łukasz’ assistance. 

The tradition of the annual Employee of the Year competition is presentation of the distinction for kindness and openness for cooperation. The category winner is chosen by the employees. 2018’s laureate is Wojtek Dąbek from the Administration Department. he is always here to help his colleagues, always wearing a smile. There are various tasks when different business sectors expos are held. Wojtek is always ready to give a hand.
