TARGI KIELCE’S FOCUSS ON ECOLOGY

The expo began with the "Biologisation - an alternative to agriculture" debate.  The expo visitors are in for organic and natural products.  Partner of the exhibition - Polish Ecology Association runs CULINARY WORKSHOPS.

The Expo have the chance to try and taste:

▶ dumplings, pancakes with apples, bigos, venison stew

▶ meat and vegetarian burgers

▶ bread made of "ancient corns"

▶ roasted pumpkin and a pumpkin soup

▶ Carrot and pumpkin muffins

The  accompanying events programme is also immensely attractive.  Jan Czajaof the GRUPA ODROLNIKA [Straight from the Farmer] association will give a talk about "Direct sales of high quality food from the farm."  Then Mrs. Karolina Libreka - a New Business Deputy Director at the Feno Agency will deliver a lecture on "2017's Consumer Trends!  What to order to fill in the shelves of your shop? "

The special guest of the EcoTime 2,017 expo is  Doctor  Danuta Myłek MD, a specialist in ALERGOLOGYANDDERMATOLOGY.  Her Sunday lecture at the EcoTime relates to "Prevention and help in malignant tumors treatment."

"Hypoallergenic fake" - how to prevent allergies is the topic discussed by another expert - Mrs. Żaneta Geltz.
