TARGI KIELCE - TOP EMPLOYER OF EASTERN POLAND

The programme of this year's second Eastern Economic Congress in Bialystok (EEC) has been expanded  to include a new initiative related to the Eastern Poland's labour market and broadly defined entrepreneurship.  In the TOP Poland's Employers Eastern accolades were also presented to Targi Kielce, the company which combines the region's economic development facilitator with an important role in the labour market.  This is the first edition of the Top Employer of Eastern Poland  plebiscite which for a modern-management based companies that put innovations at the top of priority list and occupy a significant position in their respective industries (business segments). - We have recognised outstanding employers from the five Eastern Polish provinces.  Companies which develop their business activities and at the same time are also able to create and maintain good, responsible relationships with the business environment, labour market, local communities - during the gala awards ceremony said Wojciech Kuśpik, president of PTWP, initiator and organizer of the competition and of the Eastern Economic Congress.  Nominees were indicated by local authorities of particular provinces, marshals and mayors of the provincial cities, as well as representatives of business organizations involved in prospering for investors and business enhancement.  Experts of the Competition Consultative Council selected the winners based upon the following criteria: the employer's impact on the economic development of the region, contribution to the labour market development, innovativeness, relations with employees and cooperation with the local community.  The winners of the TOP Eastern Poland Employers 2015 competition - the events accompanying the Eastern to the Economic Congress in Bialystok are: Ursus, Zaklady Azotowe Pulawy, the Nowy Styl Group, Zakłady Magnezytowe Ropczyce, AC SA, Dairy Cooperative Mlekovita, Iron Foundry Fansuld, Targi Kielce, Ostróda Yacht, Zortrax.
