It was on Thursday (15 October) that as many as 100 exhibitors began exhibiting their products and services at the 3rd Fair of Gastronomy and Food Processing Technology and Equipment GASTRO-TECH, the Exhibition of Alcoholic Drinks and Stimulating Beverages DRINK-PLUS and the International Co-operative Movement Fair. What undoubtedly attracts visitors is numerous tasting events. This fair, however, also offers presentations prepared by producers and distributors of equipment used in the food processing industry, as well as equipment and furnishings for restaurants, cafes and other establishments of this kind. The Kielce fair brought together master chefs, bakers, confectioners, hotel and restaurant owners, and nutrition experts. The fair focuses on all aspects of gastronomy.
These trade fairs are accompanied by numerous events, e.g. the National Barista Competition, Latte Art Contest, and a competition held under the auspices of the Świętokrzyskie Voivode, Bożentyna Pałka-Koruba with a Regional Restaurant.
