THE 4 AGGREGATE EXHIBITION HELD WITHIN THE SCOPE OF AUTOSTRADA POLSKA EXPO

Problems with the small aggregates fractions trading, new technologies and the use of closed circuit management principles are the main topics discussed at this year's Aggregate Exhibition

THE 4 AGGREGATE EXHIBITION HELD WITHIN THE SCOPE OF AUTOSTRADA POLSKA EXPO

The debate on "Utilisation of hard-to-sell fine aggregate fractions" was held as a as part of the 6th Aggregate Exhibition. The event accompanies and supplements the Autostrada Polska  expo held in Targi Kielce. The Institute of Mechanized Construction and Rock Mining and the Key Waste Management and Recycling Cluster  are the Aggregate Exhibition organisers.
- Nnatural aggregates - sand and gravel have suffered the problem of fine fractions selling difficulty  for many years.  It results from the natural grain size in the deposits  which have an especially large share of fine-sand fractions. The
demand for such fine aggregate is smaller compared to other aggregates - said MSc  Aleksander Kabziński, President of the Polish Association of Aggregates Producers in the course of the debate. This limited demand for small aggregates fractions (both in general, industrial and infrastructural construction sectors) makes it difficult to sale the fractions and in turn translates into the economic condition of the producers. The debate participants tried to determine the scale of the problem for particular individual regions too. The possibilities and development directions for this assortments were also discussed. The specific technologies for the fine aggregates management were also presented. - The most important challenge our industry is facing is how to adapt to the closed-circuit economy which is designed to utilise all kinds of waste. Appropriate recycling based on modern technologies is vital - said the debate moderator Stefan Góralczyk of the Institute of Mechanized Construction and Rock Mining.
We should also pay attention to energy-saving constructions - the speaker also emphasized.

We look forward to your joining the Exhibition. Admission free event.
