Nearly 500 participants of the 10th Safety Olympics held on 30 November 2016 in Targi Kielce
The Safety Olympics- much more than fun and competitions for children. First and foremost, this is a great opportunity to raise the awareness among young people in relation to dangers of risky behaviour.
The event brings together primary-school pupils and their teachers as well as the Police, Fire Services units, members of the Kielce Automobile Club, representatives of the Border Guard, the Municipal Police, KRUS Farmers' Social Security Fund, of the School of Forestry in Zagnańsk, Agricultural Market Agency and the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture in Kielce.
The event offered attractions galore, such as knowledge competitive, obstacle course, first aid competitions and artistic performances. The event featured the handball players of Vive Tauron Kielce club.
The best teams received trophies from the Świętokrzyskie Voivode Agatha Wojtyszek, Świętokrzyskie Superintendent Kazimierz Mądzik and the Deputy Director of the KRUS Farmers' Social Security Fund - Jolanta Nowakowska.
