THE AUTOSTRADA-POLSKA EXPO'S PROGRAMME BOARD

Last week, at the Road and Bridge Research Institute headquarters hosted the AUTOSTRADA-POLSKA Expo Programme Board's meeting. The exhibition organizers in conjunction with the industry's leading experts recapitulated last year's exhibition and discussed the development directions for the upcoming events

Although the 23rd  International Fair of Road Construction Industry AUTOSTRADA-POLSKA commences in more than half a year, the organizers have already started developing the event's programme. It has become the event's tradition to involve representatives of  road engineering sector's main institutions into talks and discussions: the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways , the Road and Bridge Research Institute, Polish Chamber of Steelworks, Institute of Mechanized Construction and Rock Mining, Polish Chamber of Commerce of Road Construction Industry, National Labour Inspectorate and the Polish Association of Transport Engineers and Technicians. The Programme Board meeting also brought together exhibitors.

The meeting abounded with new ideas designed to increase the expo programme's attractiveness; for example  construction equipment auctions, substantive meetings focused on the construction industry innovations. A continuation of this year's debate on the Roads White Paper has also been put on the agenda. The Aggregate Exhibition as well as Competition for Construction Machines Operators BIG BAU MASTER were also thoroughly discussed. The EUROPARKING Exhibition development was also put analysed.
