Representatives of the road construction sector's most important institutions have been brought together Kielce's AUTOSTRADA-POLSKA in order to talk about what has changed since the publication of the White Paper on Road Construction last year.
Poor investment process' preparation phase, insufficient contractors' reliability and delays, legal loopholes - these are just some of the problems the road construction industry faced under the previous perspective. The crisis the road construction business sector has faced became the stimulus to create the Road Industry White Paper - i.e. a set of proposals regarding the desired changes in Polish road construction sector. The Road Industry White Paper was released a year ago - this was the inspiration for the government and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction in particular. Today, on the first day of the XXIII International Fair of Road Construction Industry AUTOSTRADA-POLSKA held in Kielce includes the debate under the banner of "Dialogue paves the way". The Ministry, the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways and the Polish Chamber of Commerce of Road Construction Industry summarize the changes that have taken place for the year since the White Paper was published.
The conclusions gathered over the year may be the key for a good utilisation of the present perspective. The Kielce road construction expo brings together the specialists who discuss the best possible ways to use the money earmarked in this perspective for Poland's infrastructure development as well as efficient road network organisation. The exhibition in Targi Kielce is the 12, 000 square meters showcase for 418 exhibitors from 20 countries. The list of expo guests includes representatives of major industry institutions and companies.
