Competition for the best honey will accompany the Beekeeping Panel at HORT-TECHNIKA
Tastings of delicious, healthy honey harvested in Polish, regional apiaries - this is one of the highlights of the Beekeeping Panel held within the scope of the Fruit and Vegetable Farming Expo HORT-TECHNIKA and organised by the Polish Beekeeping Association.
Gourmets will cast their votes for the best honey presented during the Kielce's trade fair. In addition to acacia, lime, honeydew coniferous and other honey delights on display, there will also be meads. Business professionals will teach you learn how to distinguish artificial and natural honey and whether honey is healthy for your day-to-day diet.
Beekeeping Panel perfectly complements the Fruit and Vegetable Farming Expo because everything actually starts with bees' work. Thanks to bees orchards plants and trees bear fruit. As part of the panel there will be a workshop for hobbyists beekeeping and apiaries owners.
The expo visitors will have a chance to visit the Beekeeping Panel and stock up on natural honey. Honey is a perfect remedy against autumn and winter colds, very useful in treatment of lower respiratory tract's diseases. Thanks to its easily digestible monosaccharides it supports cardiac muscle. It is also useful in liver and gallbladder diseases. People who are allergic to pollen use honey to alleviate symptoms and immunize against allergies.
