General Roman Polko's lecture within the scope of the first Świetokrzyskie Managers Forum

The Targi Kielce's Congress Centre  hosts the  training cycle  on companies management, innovativeness and new business developments. Lectures will be given by outstanding speakers:

General Roman Polko - eminent Polish special force commander will address the question "A Leader - who is that actually?  How to shape leadership qualities? Motivation - what gives people will to want. Advantages of swift decisions making process. Is a leader allowed to become emotional?

Jacek Rozenek  a well-known actor and a business coach and a PR specialist. Together with Dariusz Janik he will lecture on Public Relation: "A Road to Success How to take care of a good image.  How to mark your presence. Communication, PR and contacts with the media." 

Tomasz Krawczyk  the director for development and the new media at the Polish Press Group, will give a lecture on "The world in a phone - business opportunities."

Magdalena Kusztal  the director of the Kielce Culture Centre and the Off Fashion creator and  Michał Kędziora  a well-known blogger will jointly talk on "How to dress for work."
 Arkadiusz Mierzwa  from Kielce, the host of "Corporate revolutions" program at Polish Television will refer to , "How to discover strengths." 
18 marks the beginning of the Manager of the Year 2016 gala - for the first time the best managers in Świętokrzyskie, Kielce and in all poviats will be presented.

Shortly after the  conference  , the Gala Awarding Ceremony starts; the best of local governments in 2016 in the Świętokrzyskie Province will be recognised. The titles have been awarded by the readers of the Echo Dnia daily.
