THE HONORARY COMMITTEE OF THE HORT-INTEGRA EXPO

The consecutive meeting of the Honorary Committee to the  Fruit and Vegetable Farming Expo Hort-Technika was held on 2 June 2015. With the courtesy of the Department of Agricultural Markets, the Committee's proceedings were housed in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The Committee Chairman,  Minister Marek Sawicki was represented by the Department Deputy Director  Dariusz Goszczyński.

Representatives of Targi Kielce and the Rural Area and Environment Department at the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship's Marshal Office, presented information about the activities executed and planned. The information regarded the Expo substantive-programme implementation as well as acquisition of participants. The Committee Members present at the meeting declared their continued support for the début event and commitment of the institutions they manage into the event organization and the plans implementation. A possibility to expand the Expo products and services range as well as the program of workshops and demonstrations accompanying the exhibition were discussed in the course of the meeting. 

The meeting brought together:  Miroslaw Maliszewski - Member of Parliament, the President of the Polish Horticulture Association, professor  Franciszek Adamicki PhD Hab. - Research Institute of Horticulture in Skierniewice  ,  Bernard Mucha - Director of the Agricultural Advisory Centre in Brwinów, professor   Eberhard Makosz - Chairman of the Board at the  Society for Promotion of Dwarf Fruit Orchards , Witold Boguta - President of the National Association of Fruit and Vegetables Manufacturers Group, Sławomir Neugebauer - Director of the the Rural Area and Environment Department at the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship's Marshal Office, Dariusz Michalak - Director of the Fair Department  at Targi Kielce.

The Committee meeting was also attended by Messrs: Adam Sudyk and Roman Pitera of the Department of Fisheries at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; they made an introduction into the initiatives within the first  Fisheries Expo held simultaneously with the Hort-Technika Expo.
