Targi Kielce hosted 2,500 visitors at last years National Employment Fair

What is in store for this year's fair?

Every year we host about one hundred exhibitors and thousands of visitors.  According to our count, in the years 2010 - 2016, 680 companies and institutions graced the fair with their presence, the National Employment Fair attracted about 35,000 people.  Judging by registrations, we can already say that this year's numbers will be similar.  For companies interested in trade fair participation are to register before April 5.

Targi Kielce Employment Fair is not limited to Polish employers' offers.

For years the National Employment Fair has had an international character.  This year companies form the Netherlands, Northern Ireland and Germany have joined the event.  In previous years employers from Austria, Finland, Norway and even Canada were a part of the event.

The Employment Fair with a rich programme

We keep a close watch of the labour market changes, this is why this year's includes employers' perspective they find it increasingly difficult to find competent employees.  Presentation plan has been arranged the way that business-people can also take part in all of workshops of their interest.  What does the programme  include?   Recognised experts will offer trainings on building good employer brand - i.e. Employer Branding workshops. Workshops participants will be shown how to determine the human resources quality in the company (Human Capital Quality). They will also learn how to get the support of PFRON whenever they wish to employ people with disabilities.

Those who need good human resources  and seriously think about the company or organization development cannot possibly miss the XX Nationwide Employment Fair.
