The Netherlands is one of the European Union's countries where Poles often take up employment. Given the local labour market's nature, with job opportunities offered by intermediaries (employment agencies or temporary employment agencies) and seasonal nature of job openings, before one leaves for the Netherlands, one ought to become familiar with the market realities in order to make a conscious decision with regards to a particular job and its conditions. It is also worth knowing your rights as well as how to react in case you lose a job or when a conflict with your employer arises. This is why this year's programme of the Employment Fair - the event haled on 17 March in the Kielce exhibition & congress centre includes the conference on "The Netherlands - the National Employer".
