19th National Employment Fair with presentations
The Netherlands is one of the European Union's countries where Poles often take up employment. Given the local labour market's nature, with job opportunities offered by intermediaries (employment agencies or temporary employment agencies) and seasonal nature of job openings, before obe leaves for the Netherlands, one ought to become familiar with the market realities in order to make a conscious decision with regards to a particular job and its conditions. It is also worth knowing your rights as well as how to react in case you lose a job or when a conflict with your employer arises.
