- Pole Sports is very similar to gymnastics.  There is no place for artistry, excessive dance-show and disguise.  In contrast, this type is purely based on acrobatics and techniques.  Some may find it a bit boring, because on performance may be very similar to another.  However, like in every other sport discipline, there are very hard rules. There are figures, acrobatics, what is required is lots of strength and stretching   says Karolina Grzywaczewska, the championship organizer.

The contestants were judged by 8 certified International Pole Sports Federation judges, including representatives of Hungary, Spain, Norway, Germany, Sweden, Macedonia and the United Kingdom.  

The championships brought together 12 competitors.
