The first day of the International Defence Industry Exhibition was graced with the presence of the guests of honour - President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda and the Minister of National Defence Mariusz Błaszczak. After the exhibition opening ceremony, VIP’s made a tour over the exhibition.
- We were pleased to see this year's MSPO exhibition in Kielce. it has been held already for 27th time (...) and it has again been a spectacular show which features over 600 exhibitors from around the world. The expo is the showcase for abundance of Polish equipment here, including KRAB artillery howitzer, RAK mortars, the new prototype of BORSUK infantry fighting vehicle. I hope BORSUK will soon be produced on a mass scale - this is how Poland’s President recapitulated the expo.
Minister Bszczak expressed his gratitude to the head of state for President’s participation in this year's MSPO - The presence of the President of the Republic of Poland at the Kielce International Defence Industry Exhibition clearly demonstrates how important are the matters discussed at the time of the expo. It also shows that the Republic of Poland President and the Government find safety and security of utmost importance” said Minister Błaszczak. The Minister also announced that the Armaments Inspectorate signs the contracts with three PGZ companies: PIT-Radwar, Rosomak and PCO.
The International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO continues until Saturday, 7 September.
