Truck-mounted concrete pumps of PUTZMEISTER

To be presented in Poland for the first time at the MASZBUD trade fair

Truck-mounted concrete pumps of PUTZMEISTER

Premiere demonstration of the Putzmeister concrete pumps is to take place soon – at the MASZBUD trade fair

Truck mounted concrete pumps Putzmeister with a folding boom of 20 to 70 metre vertical reach and the capacity of 200m3/h and pumping pressure of 130 bar are the ideal response for the clients’ diversified needs. The Putzmeister pumps have gained the world’s recognition as one of the most reliable and wear-and-tear resistant ones. The 50 years’ experience in concrete pump construction is also the obligation for the company to constantly innovate its technologies. The Putzmeister has prepared a sheer novelty – they intend to present not a modernised but a brand new BSF 42-5 machine of the second generation. This is a leap forward in this machine class – the design has adopted the suggestions of clients, operators, sub-contractors as well as Putzmeister’s co-operators.

No fear of ITD (Road Transport Inspectorate)
Cutting-edge technologies have made it possible to reach the vehicle mass below 32 tons including additional load, water, fuel and additional gear.

Results better than expected
The new 42-5 concept has been enhanced and thoroughly tested for safety and economical use.

Calculated and tested
The design of all most important subassemblies is the result of precise calculations based on the latest technologies. The parts have gone through load-tests in order to verify their quality and robust contraction.

The boom has been optimised in every detail
The new 5-armed folding boom of Roll-Z system is the guarantee of a long reach and operational range; it also offers perfectly optimised kinematics. A special, low mass boom construction ensures work stability even when high capacities are required. It has also been possible to minimise the wear of the pipelines and to enhance its operations; all that owing to special elements as well as screwed grips.

The new frame base for the boom – better stability, longer use time and lower costs
A stable TRDI bearer system allows for the distance of less than 8 metres between the stays; the optional OSS system (one-side support) makes it possible to go down to 4.8 metres in the front and 6.2 at the beck of the machine. The platforms are flat and large so as to have optimum space for the equipment and accessories; they also ensure easy access when performing maintenance and repairs. The new construction of the frame as well as the concept of joining it with the chassis have been translated into a better driving characteristics and better rigidity at the same time.
Most important features of new solutions:
  • Total mass – less than 32 tons, allows for extra loads
  • Axial thrust in accordance with Polish regulations
  • A robust and stable boom – a brand new steel construction and a new pipeline drive
  • Smaller width between the stays
  • Greater safety owing to the compliance with the present day European regulations - CE Machinery Directive
  • Easy service and lower service costs – the result of optimal construction, maintenance-free elements, smaller number special-type parts and a reduction hydraulic oils
  • The chassis modernisation scope is limited – no need to lower the roof or to replace the wheel-housings
  • It is possible to use different kinds of chassis, including the ones with exhausts mounted in untypical places
  • A larger, 800-litre water tank
The pump will be presented at the ALLTECH exhibition stand; the Putzmeister Concrete Pumps GmbH representative at the MASZBUD trade fair.
