Safety valves

Safety valves protect a pressurised vessel or installation against pressure surge which may result in damage.  A safety valve automatically releases the medium when the pressure is higher than the set value.  Once the pressure has stabilized below the set-point, the valve closes the medium release.  These valves are used for neutral and non-neutral media in all kinds of industries.  The set-point is stamped on the valve body and oscillates from several to several hundred bars  - this depends on the medium.

HAMLET valve block  

HAMLET valve blocks are mounted to control, measure, de-pressurise and calibrate pressures as well as bleed-valves for liquids and gases.  Manufactured in the Netherlands and Israel, the valves are used by major companies, including those in chemical industry and Oil & Gas business-sector.  Stainless steel stems coated in silicone carbide and ceramic valve-stem balls greatly increases the service life of a valve. Available in 1-way, 2-way, 3-way, 4-way and 5-way versions.

Gas pressure reducers  

Pressure reducers designed for gases and air clean in class 4.5 to 6.0. They are used to reduce and control pressure in, inter alia sampling systems for technical gases installations, chromatographs and laboratories.  Made in the UK with top-quality materials.  Made of brass or AISI 316L stainless steel, each in-house tested with the use of helium.
