May in Kielce exhibition and congress centre is held under the banner of Poland's most important event  and one of Europe's most important events for plastics processing industry - PLASTPOL 2018.

The Tubes International company uses PLASPOL as the showcase to present new products galore, including: a balancer,  pipe connecting clamps Herbie Clips^®, Ezyclick  bands ^® Smartflex and ducting hoses. Balancers
2018's PLASTPOL Expo is also a showcase for balancers - mass balance weights for pneumatic and power tools meant to improve work conditions by making it easier and safer.  Used at the stationary production lines,  the spring device with the load capacity from 0.4 to 14 kg reduces the weight of a suspended tool. The automatic lock version protects against accidental dropp.  Depending on the balancer series, the spring capacity can be adjusted with the use of a knob or a wrench.

Pipe connecting clamps

The Targi Kielce expo visitors who call in the Tubes International's expo stand have also the chance to become familiar with pipe connecting  clamps. Pipe connecting clamps offer a reliable way of connecting thin and thick-walled pipes made of metal and other materials.  DIN 86128 standards certified.  This clamp-solution is widely used for construction of gas, liquid installations as well as for solid matter transport. Clamps can be used in civil engineering, mining and deep-sea mining, in the shipbuilding industry as well as in water and sewage installations.  The clamps remain tight despite a small parallel or angular pipe offset up to 2° off the axis.  They also effectively dampen pressure changes, vibration, acoustic waves and vibrations.

 Herbie Clip®

Herbie Clip® plastic bands are made of 6.6 black nylon for UV resistance (also available in polypropylene rendering).  The Tube International's bands assembly is fast and easy.  The patented technology of double row of teeth gives the Herbie Clip additional strength resulting from double row of teeth. The product can be applied for diametres from 6.5mm to 169mm.  Herbie Clips are widely used in various industries ranging from medical through agriculture to food processing.

Plastic Ezyclik  bands^®-PA66

Made of black 6.6 UV-resistant nylon,  a version made of polypropylene and fiberglass-reinforced nylon are also available.   Ezyclik^®-PA66 plastic bands have been specially designed for fixing hoses in limited space places.  The unique, patented design provides strong, quick and reliable fastening.  The materials the bands are made of are completely resistant to many factors including corrosion and several bar pressure.

Resistant to abrasion hoses

Smartflex hoses are particularly suitable for the wood and furniture industries.  They remain flexible even at low temperatures which can be considered their main advantage.  Flame retardancy, anti-static properties, resistance to microbes and resistance to hydrolysis are other positive aspects.
