Interview with Mr. Wen Ping, Executive Vice President & Secretary General China Foundry Association
What is China Foundry Association's perception and opinion about Polish foundry industry and its capabilities as well as about Polish business-insiders?
- Poland is among one of the most promising countries in Europe and its foundry industry's development is really rapid. China Foundry Association is very optimistic with regards to Poland's foundry industry. For example, Polish Foundry Research Institute is leading in the world in the research and development of foundry technology as well as its analytical capability. The relationship between the foundry industry of China and Poland could be dated back to the 1960s, when Chinese foundry engineers have visited and learned foundry technology in Poland. We hope both Chinese and Polish foundry industry will continue to strengthen our friendship and strive to increase the communication and cooperation in the technology, training and trade in the foundry industry. And both sides could also take the opportunity of the “Road and Belt” initiative to grow our collaboration and carry out more practical trade projects.
- Why have you decided to take part in the METAL 2016? Is METAL an important event which makes it facilitates international contacts establishment?
- Since 2012, China Foundry Association has participated in METAL's 4 consecutive sessions. This is Central and Eastern Europe's most important business-sector's event. Chinese companies are very interested in establishing business relationship with Polish foundry enterprises. We are excited to see that METAL is growing its exhibition area gradually. We believe METAL will provide more opportunities for the Chinese exhibitors with concerted efforts between us.
- What will Chinese present at the Kielce 2016's expo?
Chinese companies will display raw and auxiliary foundry materials as well as cleaning equipment on the show.
