"WORK CAREER DEVELOPMENT" TRADE-FAIR AT TARGI KIELCE

The Work Career Development 2017 organised in Targi Kielce is the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship's biggest event of its kind.  The event is targeted at students and graduates who looking for new career opportunities, personal development options as well as, simply speaking at job-seekers.  This year's edition follows previous years' example - it has attracted numerous graduates and university students.

The trade-fair was organized by AIESEC, Targi Kielce, Professor Edward Lipiński Higher School of Economics, Law and Medical Sciences in Kielce the Świętokrzyskie Association of Private Employers Lewiatan

 This year's National Employment Fair for University Students and Graduates  has proven to be hugely popular and attracted lots of participants  - explains Agnieszka Kmiecik of the Local Centre Foundation Europe and adds -For the moment we are looking for therapists and coaches-psychologists.  June this year we launch our paid-internships programme for unemployed persons registered in employment offices.  This means candidates undergo trainings in the labour offices and then they are sent to employers. After the placement period such candidates are guaranteed minimum 3 month-employment.

The Targi Kielce event brought together graduates attracted by the prospect of finding employment or finding out what the job market offers.  Many students who visited the job-fairs were driven by curiosity - they want to find out what to expect after finishing studies.   -I am still studying - Production Engineering Management at the Świętokrzyskie University of Technology is my major.  I have come here because I wanted to know what prospective employers look for and what job opportunities are available for graduates  I'm glad I have joined the trade-fair because I was able to acquire a lot of information - said Justyna, one of the Work Career Development  guests.
