World stars will play jazz at the Kielce Culture Centre

Miles Davis lived only 65 years and however his heritage encompasses about 120 albums,
including 51 studio-recorded ones

The festival is unique event which has become a permanent fixture in the trumpet and saxophone sounds lovers' and jazz fans'' calendars. The three-day "Memorial ..." honours of the Great Master; not only is this the quintessence of jazz, but also an unusual musical hybrids. This is where the subtle sounds of a trumpet mingle and merge with electronic sound of beats. Following the many-year tradition, the greatest musical talents lead the way through the classic and modern improvisations. This is a musical journey under the watchful eye of Miles Davis. The musician's character has been a permanent element of the Kielce Culture Centre's landscape for years now.

Every year the organisers try to surprise the audience by inviting both on the recognized music celebrities as well as those who are the jazz future stars.

This year's festival features again Leszek Możdżer, Lars Danielsson, Fresco, Oleś Brothers & Antoni Gralak, PRIMITIVO, Tom Ibarra Group and Michał Urbaniak - Miles of Blue.

Following many-year tradition, the Festival programme is enhanced with concerts of Świętokrzyskie region musicians.
