BICYCLE TOURISM IN POLAND - THIS IS THE CONFERENCE HERALD.

The conference on the Polish communes involvement in cycling  tourism 
and recreation is held on September 14 at 11.00 Targi Kielce-Bike Expo

The Conference programme comprised of the two thematic blocks.

The first block is composed of lectures which are designed to present the bicycle business trends and the future in Poland and the sector’s impact on tourism development. Visitors will be able to find out what are the world standards of bicycle infrastructure. This will be juxtaposed with the Polish reality.  Representatives of cities and communes who are interested in the topic will be able to become familiar with what  city bikes rental, bicycle inn-hostels and professional cycling events have to offer.

The second part of the Conference will be devoted to the “Cyclists-Friendly Commune” idea and history of the Nation-Wide Competition. The session will include the presentation of the Cyclists-Friendly Commune certificates to selected municipalities . These are granted by PTTK.

• What should a cyclists friendly commune look like like?

We invite you to join the meeting held in the Kappa Room in  Targi Kielce Congress Centre  at 1 Zakładowa Street ( the entrance no. 3 in  front of the F Expo Hall ).
